• Any activity that endangers the safety or well-being of a child

We define a child or minor as any individual under the age of 18.

2. User Reporting

We provide in-app tools that allow users to report:

• Users
• Messages
• Photos or videos
• Any suspicious or harmful behavior

3. Enforcement Actions

If we detect or are made aware of violations of this policy, we may take actions including:

• Immediate removal of offending content
• Suspension or permanent banning of user accounts

We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect our users and comply with applicable laws.

4. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We take all reports of CSAM seriously and act quickly to:

• Remove and prevent the re-upload of known CSAM
• Preserve evidence as required by law
• Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or equivalent organizations in other jurisdictions

5. Compliance with Laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where we operate. This includes mandatory reporting obligations related to child sexual exploitation.

7. Age Requirements

setlog is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow users under this minimum age to use the platform.

• Enhancing reporting tools
• Improving moderation processes
• Exploring technologies to detect and prevent abusive behavior
